Awesome stuff, Erik. Already scored my copy of the book during the presale. The droid should be landing with it sometime before 8pm tonight!

I listened to all “2 1/2″ episodes with Crystal and have gotten something from each one of them. We ordered the book during the pre-sale and my wife, Linda, has already started to read it. The very practical advice she shares can be applied immediately. I particularly have focused on 2 principals: 1- Discipline begets discipline and, 2- By focusing on positive change in one or two areas for a few months, and then adding another area of positive change, you can really accomplish a lot over the course of the year. Thanks for the great episodes. I look forward to more!

I caught the last podcast Crystal was on and enjoyed it them. Her advice here & in the book is just timeless. Her story comes from a sincerely (real) honest place that resonates with me. I also just finished Choose Yourself; and so many of the same principles apply. Her strong advice on – just getting more sleep – really works. Naps were not my thing – mostly due to a mindset – until the past year. Now, it’s a reward to rest even for 20 – 90 minutes. Great Stuff!
