Great episode. Not your goal, but I made a decision I was wrestling with for sometime while listening. I deleted my social media apps off my iPhone and also turned off the option for my phone to be checking my email. Too many times I’ve said to my kids….”Just let me finish this email” No more. Not to sound rude, but everyone else needs to understand they take a backseat to my wife and kids. BTW, my wife wanted me to tell you both “thank you.”, lol.

    • Erik Fisher

Good job following through on that decision, and tell your wife, “You’re welcome.”

I didn’t do it as a result of this show but I shunned smart phones four years ago. Now, when I work, I work. When I am off, I am off. I work for longer, but it feels like I have more time with my family..because I do. Congrats @Eric Dingler

This episode may have been the most expensive yet most productive of all your episodes. I discovered the MPU show which is second only to BTTD in my podcast rotation and I have gone crazy with my MAC. Great guests. My wife thinks David Sparks and Erik Fischer are co workers since I talk about you guys so much.
