    I am trying to implement a lot of this in my own life to get more running in (I am training for a marathon) and finding ways for the busy adults that I coach (I am a USA Track and Field Certified coach using those tools to help average adults with busy schedules with one-on-one coaching) to fit their runs into their schedules.
